Abstract

The main problem of many Russian enterprises in modern conditions is the lack of knowledge of the requirements for the products (goods) and understanding them in terms of adoption and Technical regulations of the Customs Union and EurAsEC. Hence the problem of weak enforcement of these documents. The development of methodological aspects of the analysis of technical regulations will help to solve the aforementioned problem and will allow you to adapt the activity of the Russian enterprises to the norms and rules of international law.
